About BAUMER

The Baumer group, which originated in Baumer Electric, initially worked as a pioneer of Herbert Baumer engineers, making Baumer electric a leading international position in the field of precision sensors. In 1952, Set up in Switzerland, the Baumer company of manufacturing electromechanical equipment, after years of efforts and strategic use of success, and constantly expand the scope of business, become today's Baumer large corporate organization, collectively known as Baumer Group. Fort au group (Baumer) is a world leader in the development and production of sensors, encoders, process instrumentation, and visual technology. It has been in existence for more than 55 years and currently employs more than 2000 people in 38 subsidiaries and 19 countries. Through continuous innovation and development and customer-focused concept, Baumer group has become the leader in the automation market pioneer in sophisticated sensors. Displacement control-image processing-identification, gluing and instrumentation. At the same time, due to the process so that Baumer products can be applied to the world, with high precision and reliability, to provide customers with solutions in the automation and systems of doubt, to obtain the highest benefits. As a result, Baumer GROUP also distinguishes between Factory Automation and process automation in response to different customer requirements.

The History of BOURDON

Bourdon Haenni was set up by Mr. EUGENE BOURDON who invented the sensing element of the pressure gauge "Bourdon Tube". Bourdon® is one of the leading brands for process instrumentation. In 2005, Baumer Group acquired Bourdon Haenni and renamed Baumer Bourdon Haenni.

About Nöding

Nöding was founded in 1958 by Mr. Gustav Noeding and focussed initially on commercializing revolution counters and gauges with electrical contacts. In-house design and production of temperature instruments and controllers, transmitters and isolation amplifiers was introduced as a natural developement of the company.

In 1987 Ralf Noeding took over from his father and the company was converted into Noeding Messtechnik GmbH, a limited liability company.

The markets showed in the last decades an ever increasing requirement for pressure measurement. As a logical consequence, Noeding Messtechnik specialized in the design and production of pressure transmitters. In 2001 the company relocated to a new facility, where today substantial quantities of transmitters are being produced for OEMs, endusers, retailers etc..

Main Product:

  • Pressure Transmitter
  • OEM Pressure Transmitter
  • Level Transmitter
  • Digital Pressure Gauge
  • Temperature Transmitter and Switch
  • Isolation Amplifier
  • Digital Indicator

About DIEHL and SAPPEL

SAPPEL is the first manufacturer of water meters in France, which was established in 1906 and named Pris Ignicole at the beginning. Then, in 1959, the factory moved from Boulogne to the current location of SAINT LOUIS (The east of France) and changed the name to SAPPEL. In 1982, Sappel jointed to COMPAGINE GENERALE DES EAUX GROUP and started a new journey of innovation and manufacture.

SAPPEL specialize in the measurement of water and the metering control. Sappel also produce the various diameter water meter to fit different industrial applications. With keeping the improvement of the new technology and high quality, Sappel won the " THE NATIONAL INNOVATION TROPHY " award by the French Prime Minister and required ISO 9001 qualified certification in 1991. In order to get the affirm of the product quality and the customers` approval, the product will be marked the calibration symbol of ”CORFAC” (Cofrac is the FRench Accreditation Committee) that is recognized quality calibration guarantee by the world.

With the innovation of the product, Sappel developed the "Izar" radio systems for the detection of water in 1997, which can detect waste of water and reduce the use cost of human resources besides its metering function. It is the latest innovation of the world.

Diehl Group is a German family-owned business, based in Nuremberg, Germany, has investing in its growth since it was the founded in 1902. Comprising of five divisions-Avionics, Metal, Defence, Controls and Metering - the Diehl Group generates 3 billion Euros in sales and employs over 14,000 people. In 2003 years, Sappel joined the Diehl Metering Division, made up of 14 companies, all major players in the water and energy metering industry. Since 2010, Sappel SAS has been a corporate division of the Diehl Group alongside the existing corporate divisions. To the beginning of 2014/15, the integration and renaming to Diehl Metering SAS which aims to expand the new market and adjust the test techniques to adapted to local requirements.

The products has...

  • Water: Single -jet / multiple -jet water meter、ultrasonic, volumetric and velocity meters and systems.
  • Energy: It could measure hot and cold both at the same time;which has ultrasonic energy meter、multiple -jet energy meter、calculator and the related accessories and systems.

In addition, Diel metering also has gas meter to measure gas and electricity meter to measure power, which all could collocate various transmitted interface and integrated with the system for the applications.

About Keller

Swiss Pressure Sensing Specialist

  • Europe’s leading manufacturer of isolated pressure transducers and transmitters
  • Pressure ranges from 5 mbar to 2000 bar
  • High volumes at low prices, great flexibility, highest accuracies
  • Production of more than one million pressure transducers and transmitters per year
  • KELLER is certified according to ISO 9001:2015

KELLER AG für Druckmesstechnik , headquartered in Winterthur (Switzerland), is Europe’s leading manufacturer of isolated pressure transducers and transmitters. The company, which has a global workforce of around 450 employees, was founded in 1974 by Hannes W. Keller, a graduate in physics and the inventor of the integrated silicon measuring cell. The entire value creation, from production of the individual parts and calibration of the sensor through to the final inspection of the finished products, takes place at the headquarters in Winterthur. All KELLER AG products are therefore “Made in Switzerland”.

KELLER AG piezoresistive pressure sensors have impressively high precision and pressure ranges from 5 mbar to 2000 bar. In addition to more than 500 standard products, the company also develops and produces numerous customised solutions. Using state-of-the-art, automated manufacturing processes, large runs of industrial OEM transducers as well as special design versions in very small quantities are produced in more than 35 highly-specialised machining islands, resulting in more than one million pressure transducers and transmitters per year. The high quantities mean that we can keep prices low despite complex production processes and stringent quality requirements.

The KELLER AG product range includes digital manometers, level probes, data loggers, remote transmission units and pressure calibrators. Digital display equipment completes our wide range. The application areas for our pressure transducers are just as broad as our product range. For example, they regulate the internal cabin pressure in aircrafts, ensure the smooth switchover from natural gas to petrol in hybrid vehicles and are used as reference sensors in laboratory technology. KELLER special sensors, such as modular pressure catheters and other miniature transducers, are especially popular among researchers.

KELLER AG für Druckmesstechnik, including KELLER Ges. für Druckmesstechnik mbH Jestetten, is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The traceability of the measurement variables to national standards is therefore ensured.
